1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PRD Wizard (the “Service”) provided by AIS Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service to draft and manage product requirements and related documentation. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interfaces we provide.
4. Plans, Fees & Payments
Some features may require payment of fees. Prices and features may change upon notice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid or overdue amounts.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, content, trademarks, and branding. You retain any rights in the content you input and the documents you export, subject to these Terms.
6. Privacy & Data
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. Cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookies Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may interoperate with third-party tools (e.g., authentication, hosting, or AI models). Your use of those tools is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIS Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain sections survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law).
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we’ll provide additional notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your contracting jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
